These terms cover your use of the PFDC-SMHQ Family Portal, powered by AOS. By using the portal you agree to use it responsibly and in support of your athlete's development.

Your account

Your family's account is provided to you by PFDC-SMHQ. Please keep your sign-in details private, use the portal only for your own family, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Acceptable use

• Use the portal for its intended purpose — following and supporting your athlete's development.
• Only upload content you have the right to share, and that relates to your athlete.
• Do not attempt to access other families' information or interfere with the security of the service.
• Treat the coaching, medical and support teams with respect in all communications.

Guidance, not professional advice

The portal — including Coach Matthew AI — provides development guidance based on your family's approved records. It supports, and never replaces, the professional judgement of your coaches, medical team and other qualified specialists. Always follow their direct advice for medical, health and educational decisions.

Your content

Information and media you add remain associated with your family. You grant PFDC-SMHQ and the AOS Family Portal platform permission to store and process this content solely to deliver the portal's features to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the portal secure and available, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. From time to time we may carry out maintenance or make improvements that briefly affect access.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the portal evolves. When we make a significant change, we'll make the updated terms available here and, where appropriate, let you know inside the portal.
